Mediation Rates

Please click on your preferred available date at your preferred office and mediator, after coordinating with opposing party/counsel, to send your Appointment Request form directly.

Please note that AM refers to the hours of 9:00am to 1:00pm and PM refers to the hours of 1:00pm to 5:00pm.

Please ensure that any Notice of Mediation reflects these times.

Melissa Diaz’s fee for service is $250.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and shall be split equally among the parties, unless otherwise agreed, and is payable at the conclusion of the mediation session. There is a minimum five hundred dollar ($500.00) charge for each mediation session or cases which are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (weekends and holidays excluded).
