Melissa Diaz, Esq.

Melissa is a very energetic bilingual (spanish) who is eager to help parties come to an agreement in order to limit their litigation costs.

Melissa has been admitted to and is licensed by the Florida Bar. Currently working in the Central Florida area handling Family Law Cases.

Before relocating to the Tampa/St. Petersburg area, she litigated many Family Law matters during her career as an Attorney in Puerto Rico. From simple divorces to contingent divorces including custody battles.

Mediation Philosophy

Melissa's mediation philosophy is very simple: virtually all Family disputes can be settled. She treasures her impartiality and understanding of how sensitive Family Law matters are. She will work with the parties to help them explore different alternative solutions in order to help them find mutually acceptable solutions and reach voluntary agreements.
